T850 – The industrial 3D printer for fast production-grade FDM manufacturing
Many businesses use a FDM printer as it allows the creation of detailed and intricate objects. Therefore, engineers are using it to allow them to test parts for fit and form. The T850 is both fast and accurate and still has a low weight. It has a larger build volume than the T650, allowing you to print up to a height of 405 millimeter. It is great for those who need that extra bit of height and is as easy to use as our other industrial 3D printers.
The T850 is a well equipped FFF / FDM 3D printer for creating quality production pieces
Automatic build platform compensation
To ensure the first layer sticks to the build platform and has an even thickness it’s important that the platform is ‘leveled’. A sensor in the build plate checks for any imperfections and automatically compensates it. The calibration is done in less than 50 seconds and you are ready to print. Without automatic build platform compensation you have to manually level the build plate. This is always tricky and requires a lot of tweaking.
0,01 mm (10 microns)
Of course you want the result of your FDM 3D printer to be as detailed as possible so that you can truly see the expertise put into it. After all that effort, being disappointed with the end result of your FDM 3D printer would be the last thing you want. With a resolution of 0,01 millimeter (10 microns) on the XY-axis and a resolution 0,05 millimeter (50 microns) on the Z-axis, our industrial 3D printer can capture even the finest details.
Fast printing speed
300 millimeter per second
When using your FDM 3D printer, you will want to see your finished object as soon as possible. At Tractus3D we know this feeling all too well, which is why our 3D printing speed goes up to 300 millimeter per second. With this speed, your favourite 3D models will become reality in no time. However, when you require objects with great precision, it is probably wise to print a bit slower for a higher accuracy.
In unforeseen circumstances, such as a power outage, you can continue your print from where it left off. This way, we ensure quick, foolproof 3D printing processes and reduction of material waste. Once your 3D printer runs out of filament, it will go in stand-by mode, in which the nozzle will move to the side. Once you have added new filament, the print will continue where it left off and finish your object.
Light and silent
32 dB - 15 kg
Operating at extremely low decibels, the printer fades into the background to provide you with an undisturbed working environment.
Our 3D printer weighs a lot less than most printers, making it easy for you to move without having to take it apart.
Ready to print
We understand you want to start using your new FDM 3D printer as fast as possible. All of our 3D printers are ‘ready to print’ and a starter kit with PLA filament is included. Just plug it in and allow things to run its course and within the hour your printer will be ready to go.
As is possible with any machine, some parts of it can malfunction or get worn over time. If this unexpectedly happens, you can simply buy a replacement which you can easily install yourself. If you require assistance, our skilled engineers are always ready to offer support.
The touch screen gives you the ability to modify the settings you require for your prints directly on your 3D printer using a modern and advanced interface.
Bulletproof, lexan casing
When you own a Tractus3D printer, you own a machine of superb quality. Made of aluminum with a bulletproof, lexan casing, our industrial 3D printers are robust and durable.

Innovate and have a FDM 3D printer on your desk
We do not like good, we want great or perfect. While the latter is difficult to achieve with our mindset to always keep improving, we feel like we are doing a pretty good job. We get to use our passion to create a state-of-the-art product range. That is how we make sure that we stay ahead of the competition.
The T850 is both fast and accurate and still a relatively low weight. It has a larger build volume than the T650, allowing you to print up to a height of 405 millimeter. The heated glass plate and the closed chamber minimizes the possibility of warping. It is a great FFF / FDM 3D printer for those who require that extra bit of height and is just as easy to use as all of our other 3D printers.
