LARGE VOLUME SE series

Many companies claim to have a large volume 3D printer. But the definition of large is not always consistent. It often means that ‘the large size 3D printer’ is only greater than the other printers in their selection.

In our opinion, a large size 3D printer is only truly large when it has a build volume of at least 1 meter (3.3 feet) by 1 meter (3.3 feet). Our largest printer T3500SE is able to print up to 2.2 meters (7.2 feet).

Tractus3D embraces innovation in any way possible. We do not like good, we want great or perfect. And large! While the latter is difficult to achieve, with our mindset to always keep improving, we feel like we are doing a pretty good job. We get to use our passion to create a state-of-the-art product range. So we believe our large volume 3D printers are, above all, the solution for your problem. Our technology is the best for big 3D prints, up to 2.2 meters!

The SE series just adds to all the possibilities our Large Volume series offers and whole lot more, especially when it comes to user experience.

Enhanced user experience

The new large Volume SE series comes equipped with a tablet and camera, giving the user an experience like no other when it comes to 3D printing. The tablet adds to the mobility when working around the printer, but also while operating it. The new camera, allows you to see your print come to life, but also, allows you to see where you can make adjustments to your projects in order to create the best quality of projects.

Create large 3D items

A smaller 3D printer is obviously also usable to create large 3D items as well. You just print different smaller parts and assemble them together. You can finish the items by sanding, priming and spray painting, they will look like it is produced as whole. This could be seen as a more intensive way to create large objects

True large size 3D printer

When you are equipped with a true large size 3D printer, you will experience benefits in efficiency, time and costs. All of our large size 3D printers are capable to print high speed and have a high accuracy. The printers are incredibly precise and have a good temperature stability due to the fact that a closed chamber, minimizing the possibility of warping.

The definition of large format 3D printer

When searching for a large format 3D printer, you probably googled it and got over 125.000.000 search results of which most of the 3D printers are fine for, 3D printing smaller parts.

But when it comes to seriously large size 3D printing, it is a whole other game. Many manufacturers claim to have a large format 3D printer. First of all, the definition of large is a fuzzy one. Due to the fact that a lot of companies claim they have a big printer because of the printer size. For us, however, the large volume printer is nothing less than a 3D printer that can print a large volume.

A true large volume 3D printer

What if you want a printer that can actually print something bigger than a trinket? You want to print life-size props or mannequins or furniture? In this case, size does matter and you’ll need a true large volume 3D printer like our T2300SE, T3000SE or T3500SE. With the latter you can print up to 2.2 meters high.
