No standstill

In unforeseen circumstances, such as a power outage, you can continue your print from where it left off. This way, we ensure quick, foolproof printing processes and reduction of material waste.

Robust construction

When you own a Tractus3D printer, you own a machine of superb quality. Made of aluminum with a bulletproof, lexan casing, our industrial 3D printers are robust and durable.

Low weight

Our industrial 3D printers weighs a lot less than most printers, making it easy for you to move without having to take it apart.

Easy filament loading

Once the delta printer runs out of filament, it will go in stand-by mode, in which the nozzle will move to the side. Once you have added new filament, the print will continue where it left off and finish your object.

Work in peace

Operating at extremely low decibels, the printer fades into the background to provide you with an undisturbed working environment.

Touch control

The touch screen gives you the ability to modify the settings you require for your prints directly on your 3D delta printer using a modern and advanced interface.

Life-like models

When designing exquisite models, you want them to be as detailed as possible so that you can truly see the expertise put into it. After all that effort, being disappointed with the end result would be the last thing you want. With a resolution of 0,01 millimeter (10 microns) on the XY-axis and a resolution 0,05 millimeter (50 microns) on the Z-axis, our delta printers can capture even the finest details.

Incredible speed

When using industrial 3D printers, you will want to see your finished object as soon as possible. At Tractus3D we know this feeling all too well, which is why our 3D printing speed goes up to 600 millimeter per second. With this speed, your favorite 3D models will become reality in no time. However, when you require objects with great precision, it is probably wise to print a bit slower for a higher accuracy.

We understand you want to start using your new industrial 3D printer as fast as possible. All of our printers are ‘ready to print’ and a starter kit with PLA filament is included.  Just plug it in and allow things to run its course and within the hour your printer will be ready to go.

Always the latest technology

3D printing is developing fast, so you know the new model is coming soon. Tractus3D does not make products that turn obsolete in the blink of an eye. With a modular build, the newest technologies can always be added to your printer. Is there a better print head or a new extruder on the market? No worries, just add it to your current delta printer and you will be up to par with everyone else in the industry!

Easy maintenance

As is possible with any machine, some parts of it can malfunction or get worn over time. If this unexpectedly happens, you can simply buy a replacement which you can easily install yourself. If you require assistance, our skilled engineers are always ready to offer support.

One size rarely fits all: print up to 2,1 meter

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), or Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF), is an additive manufacturing process whereby an object is built by selectively depositing melted material in a pre-determined path layer-by-layer. What is important from a designer’s perspective is build size and layer height.

3D printing in one part
3D printing large objects for prototyping and/or production? With most FDM printers, you have to print a large size object in several parts and assemble them. With our industrial large format 3D printers, you can print life-size objects all at once in a wide variety of materials, while retaining the great accuracy and printing speed of our smaller 3D printer range.

Print a lot of small parts at once
Another advantage of having a big Delta 3D printer is that you can print a lot of small parts at the same time. This is critical in a production environment as it reduces the amount of the labor time necessary to run your machine, which can have a major impact on your bottom line.

T3000 & T3500 – print BIG

One of the big guys, the T3000, you can use for 3D printing large objects with a diameter of 1000 millimeters and a height of up to 1540 millimeters. The king, the captain, the T3500 has the ability to print up to 2100 millimeters in height.

Incredible resolution

When designing exquisite models, you want them to be as detailed as possible so that you can truly see the expertise put into it. With a resolution of 0,02 millimeter (20 microns) on the XY-axis and a resolution 0,05 millimeter (50 microns) on the Z-axis, our delta printers can capture even the finest details.

Fast printing speed

When using a FDM printer, you will want to see your finished object as soon as possible. At Tractus3D we know this feeling all too well, which is why our FFF 3D printing speed goes up to 300 millimeter per second. However, when you require objects with great precision, it is probably wise to print a bit slower for a higher accuracy.

Freedom in material choice – print up to 450°

We are very proud that we were among the first to develop a 3D printer that could handle high temperature materials.

Strong objects and increased material efficiency
A FDM printer for 3D printing thermoplastic helps increase material efficiency and is thereby used a lot. Thermoplastic materials can be melted, cured (cooled down such that they become solid), melted again, cured again, and so forth. Therefor manufacturing waste can be reused (thus preventing it from becoming “waste” in the first place).

PEEK 3D printing

Within the 3D industry, one of the top notch materials is PEEK. This high temperature material has amazing properties, such as chemical resistance, a low moisture absorption and great durability and strength. It can be used for both prototyping and end use and sees its application in the medical, aerospace and automotive industries. It can also be used as a substitute for certain metals.

ULTEM™ 3D printing

Similar to PEEK is the material PEI/ULTEM™. It is also a high temperature material and boasts a high temperature resistance, great dielectric strength and an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. It is a great material for the medical industry due to its low moisture absorption and it is also used a lot in aeroplanes. It is a cheaper alternative to 3D printing PEEK, making it more suitable for prototyping.

T650P – high temperature 3D printing

With a nozzle temperature of 450° Celsius, a bed temperature of 175° Celsius and a closed chamber to preserve the heat of the printer, the T650P can handle all kind of filaments. It can print anything from the more standard materials such as PLA, ABS and PETG to high temperature materials such as PEEK, CARBON PEEK and PEI/ULTEM™ and everything between, such as POM, PRO1, Nylon, NinjaFlex, etc.

Closed chamber

When using a FDM printer, temperature fluctuations can greatly impact the quality of your prints. Our industrial 3D printers have a closed chamber, so fluctuations are kept to a minimum and that you will never have to compromise on the quality of your prints.

Develop models and prototypes without leaving your desk

Nowadays product-developers have a great opportunity: with a FDM printer they can see their project in their hands without the need of investing time and money asking to a third party agency or, worse, to just see it on a computer screen.

We have a 3D printer for every business goal and need
Your optimal FDM printer depends on how you plan to use it. Product developers and other professionals will want outstanding print quality and the ability to use multiple filament types. Schools will want a model that’s easy to set up and use and doesn’t require much maintenance. Businesses wanting to show off the wonders of FFF 3D printing to clients, will want a handsome, yet reliable machine. You don’t have to make any sacrifices as Tractus3D printers are designed with all these needs in mind.

Our industrial 3D printers vary immensely in their physical sizes and they all have a high printing speed, a high accuracy and a low weight, making it easy to move around to any location you desire. They are perfect for printing smaller objects extremely accurately.

T650, T850 & T1250

The T650 stays humble and space-efficient, while the T1250 is larger and perfect for larger prototyping endeavors.

Ready to print

When you buy a FDM printer, you want to start using it as fast as possible. All our printers are ‘ready to print’ and a starter kit is included. Just plug it in and within the hour you can start FFF 3D printing.

No standstill

In unforeseen circumstances, such as a power outage, you can continue your print from where it left off. This way, we ensure quick, foolproof printing processes and reduction of material waste. Once the delta printer runs out of filament, it will go in stand-by mode, in which the nozzle will move to the side. Once you have added new filament, the print will continue where it left off.

Tractus industrial 3D printers – designed with your ROI and needs in mind

Fused Deposition Modeling is a Stratasys-patented additive manufacturing 3D Printing method of rapid prototyping. This technology is also known as FFF 3D printing (Fused Filament Fabrication). All our 3D printers make use of this FFF technology whereby an object is built by selectively depositing melted material in a pre-determined path layer-by-layer. In FFF 3D printing, two types of printing systems can be distinguished: Cartesian and Delta. What a Delta printer excels at its capability to build tall objects. Especially the highest point of the print can be made exceptionally accurate. Also the print head of the Delta printer is a lot lighter which makes the production head able to respond quickly, while retaining its accuracy.
